Delivery timing
Generally available promptly after purchase status is confirmed. Reflection may take time depending on system or network conditions.
Contract period
Premium monthly plans are one month and annual plans are one year. One-time purchases such as QP packs follow each product display.
Auto-renewal
Unless the user stops auto-renewal, Premium renews for each selected contract period.
How to cancel
Cancel from the subscription management screen of the Apple App Store or Google Play used for the purchase.
After cancellation
Subject to Store terms, you may continue to use the service until the current contract period ends.
Cancellation & refunds
Subject to Apple / Google terms and applicable law. Due to the nature of digital content, cancellation for user convenience after delivery has started is generally not available. This does not exclude cases recognized by law or permitted by each store. Qlinx does not independently guarantee Apple / Google refund decisions.

Supported OS and devices are shown on the App Store / Google Play listing. Some features require an internet connection. Supported environments may change with updates.
Notes on the initial release
There is currently no free trial period (if a store display differs, the store display controls). Qurio AI add-on quota is not offered. We do not guarantee a fixed number of Qurio AI messages.
